ABOUT CHEF SANTOSH SHAH
Santosh Shah is the Executive Chef at the 70-bedroom LaLiT London hotel as well as the Baluchi Restaurant, former Cinnamon Kitchen head chef.
Previously head chef of London’s Cinnamon Kitchen and Anise, Shah worked beneath executive chef and chief executive Vivek Singh for more than two years.
Since relocating from Gujarat, India, to London in 2011, he has also held positions at Michelin-starred Benares restaurant and Dishoom.
